Riding High, an event held recently at Highfield Park, Prudhoe, Northumberland, was hailed a huge success.

Fox Racing, which produces clothing and accessories for all kinds of cycling, will assist with the planning of council-run competitions at Highfield Park.

The development comes after a "dirt jump" contest there proved popular.

The project to build the BMX track cost £9,900 and was completed earlier this year.
